Some creators do not want their work listed on themes.innioasis.app. Others are banned for abuse or low-quality submissions. Lists are maintained in opt_out.json and block.json.
These authors have asked not to have themes submitted or offered for download on the Themes Site. You can still upload packages credited to them for preservation and archiving in the y1-community/InnioasisY1Themes GitHub repository — files stay in the community archive, but they will not appear in the public gallery. Opted-out creators usually prefer to host their own portfolio (shop, Ko-fi, Patreon, personal site) and often encourage a Pay What You Feel donations model rather than listing here.
No authors are currently opted out.
These authors are not allowed on the public gallery or through the upload form. Themes credited to them are hidden from visitors. Upload attempts may still reach GitHub in some cases, but they will not be listed for download on themes.innioasis.app.
